Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-08
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scopulars NETA (the “Service”), operated by Abdulsamet Buğdaylı (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

2. The Service
Scopulars NETA is a network and application security audit platform. It performs port scanning, vulnerability and CVE identification, attack-surface discovery, cloud posture checks, compliance evaluation and AI-assisted analysis, and produces reports from those results.
The Service reports on the security posture of systems as observed at a point in time. It is a diagnostic tool, not a guarantee. We do not warrant that it will identify every vulnerability, that its findings are free of false positives or false negatives, or that acting on its output will make a system secure. You remain responsible for your own security decisions.
3. Accounts and organizations
- You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Accounts belong to an organization. Members of an organization can see that organization’s scans, findings and reports. Do not invite people who should not see that data.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a contract, and you must not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
4. Authorization to scan — the central obligation
Security scanning sends real traffic to real systems. You may only direct the Service at systems that you own or for which you hold documented written authorization to test. This obligation is set out in full in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We verify target ownership technically before scanning, and attempting to circumvent that verification is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Plans, fees and billing
Paid subscriptions are not yet enabled; today the Service is available on the Free plan only and nobody is charged. This section states the terms that will apply once paid plans are switched on, so that they are visible in advance rather than introduced at checkout.
A Free plan is available. The paid Pro plan is offered at $29 per month or $276 per year, in US dollars, exclusive of any taxes that we are required to collect. Enterprise arrangements are not sold self-service — contact support@scopulars.net.
- No free trial is offered on paid plans.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card number.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal, reachable from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep paid features until then.
- Entitlement is per organization. If any member of your organization holds an active Pro subscription, the organization is treated as Pro.
- If a payment fails, paid features may be suspended until the payment succeeds.
- We may change prices. A new price is published on this page with a new version date and applies from your first renewal after that date, so you can cancel before it takes effect. We do not currently operate an announcement mailing list, so please check this page.
5.1 Refunds
Fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused time and periods during which you did not use the Service. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of the period you already paid for and are not charged again. This is our stated policy; it does not override any refund or withdrawal right that applicable consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
6. Your content and our use of it
You retain all rights to the targets, configurations, scan results and reports associated with your account (“Your Content”). You grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service for you: to store, process and transmit Your Content in order to run scans, generate findings and reports, and provide support. How this works in practice, including which third parties receive data, is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We do not offer a service-level agreement. The Service is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages or reasons outside our control.
8. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and may close your account.
- We may suspend or terminate your access, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you are scanning systems you are not authorized to test, attempting to circumvent target-ownership verification, or otherwise breaching the Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law.
- We may terminate for other reasons with reasonable notice. On termination, your access ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or damage to systems you scanned or caused to be scanned.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service and these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, and in particular from any scan you directed at a system you were not authorized to test.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, the updated text is published here and the version identifier at the top of this page changes. We do not currently push notifications about such changes, so please check this page from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change is published means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of İstanbul have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country in which you reside.
